Product information "Haas typestyle Normal Grotesk"
Haas stamping type are cast from a resistant zinc-aluminium alloy with no added lead. They are suitable for foil blocking and embossing on cloth, board, artificial leather, plastic and similar materials. Stamping work of this kind require a temperature of approx. 90 - 110° C (approx. 195 - 230 °F) which is usually controlled by means of a thermostat. Haas type, however, are heat resistant up to 150 °C (300 °F).
The type set is delivered in a wooden letter case with divisioning inserts.
